Tips to Quit smoking


For those who are trying to quit smoking this may help :-

8 drops cedar
4 drops lavender ( essential oil)
5 drops lemon     ( "        )
5 drops orange    (  "       )
6 drop tea tree     ( "       )

Mix into 16oz of water and use it as an air spray

Other tips :-

Mix grated fresh radish with 2tsp of honey & drink it like a juice.

lick a little salt with the tip of your tongue whenever you feel the urge to smoke.
This is said to break the habit within One month.

eat food that are high in alkaline (the opposite of acid)

Other foods that may make it easier for you to quit smoking by increasing your body alkaline are spinach, beet root, raisins, figs, dried lima beans, dandelion greens and almonds.

Lobelia- reduce the body's craving for nicotine

Staphysaria - increase will power and helps break the smoking habits

Tabacum - controls the body's desire for tobacco.
