from time to time change your patterns, your traveling route, your timing of leaving and arriving home after work, to the bank monthly, petrol stations, sending your kids to baby sitters and picking them, your lunch places and others....
because there are people watching us and we are helping them to plan a situation on us if we stick on to the same pattern.
