Technique;-
Relax yr mind in slow very gentle inhalation and exhalation.....you may use the sound of Aum/Om -5x
bring your palms together at your heart chakra
visual your divine force
( symbol/masters/arch angels/mantra/goddess )
visual the divine light form your heart, spreading out to the world or the places that you may want your empowering love and light to heal .
Be with yourself to your comfortable timing
Once you are done, bring back the love and light back to your palms
sending all this energy to Cosmic as Love and Light by -
-visual it as a huge balloon going into space and to cosmic or
-just give a gentle blow
say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Note : YOU MUST RELEASE THE ENERGY TO COSMIC AND NOT BACK TO YOUR HEART.
